Day 1

Arrival in Cochin and Transfer to Munnar (5 Hours Drive)

  • Arrival: Arrive at Cochin International Airport, where our representative will meet you.
  • Transfer to Munnar: Drive to Munnar, a beautiful hill station located 1,600 meters above sea level.
  • Enroute Sightseeing: Visit Athirapilly Waterfalls, one of the largest waterfalls in Kerala, known as the “Niagara of India.”
  • Arrival in Munnar: Check-in at the hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, exploring the serene surroundings or relaxing at your hotel.
  • Overnight Stay: Munnar Hotel.

Day 2

Munnar Local Sightseeing

  • Breakfast: At the hotel.
  • Sightseeing: Visit key attractions in Munnar, including:
    • Mattupetty Dam: Famous for its storage masonry dam and lake, ideal for speed boating.
    • Echo Point: A scenic spot with a natural echo phenomenon.
    • Tea Museum: Learn about the history of tea production in the region.
    • Pothamedu View Point: Offers panoramic views of tea, coffee, and cardamom plantations.
    • Eravikulam National Park (Rajamalai): Famous for the endangered Nilgiri Tahr and breathtaking views (seasonal).
    • Kundala Lake: A picturesque lake known for its boating and pedal boat facilities.
  • Optional Activities: Boating in the lake (at your own cost).
  • Overnight Stay: Munnar Hotel.
Day 3

Munnar to Thekkady (4 Hours Drive)

  • Breakfast: At the hotel.
  • Transfer to Thekkady: After breakfast, drive to Thekkady, a region famous for its spice plantations and wildlife.
  • Arrival in Thekkady: Check-in at the hotel.
  • Sightseeing:
    • Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary: Enjoy a boat cruise on Periyar Lake (at your own cost) to spot wild animals such as elephants, sambar deer, and bison.
    • Spice Plantation Tour: Visit nearby spice plantations.
    • Optional Activities: Elephant ride, Kathakali dance show, or martial arts performance.
  • Overnight Stay: Thekkady Hotel.
Day 4

Thekkady to Alleppey (4 Hours Drive)

  • Breakfast: At the hotel.
  • Transfer to Alleppey: Check out from the hotel and drive to Alleppey, known for its beautiful backwaters and houseboats.
  • Arrival in Alleppey: Check into a houseboat or hotel.
  • Houseboat Experience: Enjoy a relaxing cruise along the scenic backwaters of Alleppey, passing through lush paddy fields, quaint villages, and coconut groves.
  • Overnight Stay: Houseboat/Hotel in Alleppey.
Day 5

Alleppey to Cochin (2 Hours Drive) and Departure

  • Breakfast: At the houseboat/hotel.
  • Check-Out: From the houseboat/hotel and drive to Cochin.
  • Transfer to Airport: Arrive in Cochin and transfer to Cochin International Airport for your onward journey.
  • Departure: Catch your flight back home with sweet memories of your Kerala tour.
