Standard Tours (Private and Small Group)

120+ Days Before Tour Date
  • Refund: 80%
  • Future Travel Credit: 90%
  • Deductions: Ticket, reservation, and applicable service fees
29 Days to 7 Days Before Tour Date:
  • Refund: 30% to 50%
  • Future Travel Credit: 30% to 70%
  • Deductions: Ticket, reservation, and applicable service fees
Within 7 Days of Tour Date:
  • All Sales Final: No refund or transfer
  • Venue Tickets and Reservation Fees: Non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Reschedule: New tickets and reservation fees will be charged

Changes and Rescheduling

120+ Days Before Tour Date
  • Changes: No charge or minimal charge
  • New Ticket and Service Fees: May apply
29 Days to 7 Days Before Tour Date:
  • Simple Date/Time Changes: Attempted, not guaranteed
  • Fee: ₹2500 to ₹5000 per tour per person
  • Substantive Itinerary Changes: Treated as cancellation, 50% penalty
Within 7 Days of Tour Date:
  • All Sales Final: No changes can be made
  • Reschedule: New reservation required

Unforeseeable Events

More than 7 Days Before Tour Date:
  • Reschedule or Travel Credit: 30% to 70%
  • Deductions: Irrecoverable ticket or reservation fees and applicable service fees
Within 7 Days of Tour Date:
  • All Sales Final: No refund or transfer

Exceptions

  • Travel Disruption: Contact Bleu Glacio Trip with supporting documentation for possible exceptions

Air Ticket, Bus, and Hotel Booking Refund Policies

  • Refund Policies: Followed as per the respective service provider.
  • Service Provider Rights: Reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the journey with or without prior intimation.
  • Information Sharing: Will be shared by the service provider to the passenger/client’s mobile number.
  • Bleu Glacio Trip Liability: Not liable for delivering such information but will coordinate with the service provider if assistance is requested.
  • No Refund for “NO SHOW”: No refund will be processed.

Booking Modification Policy

  • Changes: Cancellations or reschedules not allowed within 4-6 hours of journey time.
  • Contacting Service Provider: Client must contact the service provider directly and forward written acceptance from the service provider or it’s agent within 24 hours.
  • Valid Documents: Voice or video recordings or verbal communication with service providers or it’s agent will not be accepted.

Rescheduled or Cancelled Events

  • Facility Availability: Not guaranteed.
  • Flight Rescheduling or Cancellation: The same process applies.
  • Contacting Service Providers: The client reserves the right to contact any service provider for additional details.

Fare/Rate Adjustments

  • Rate Increases: May occur after making full payment but before generating PNR/Confirmation/Booking number.
  • Refunds: Issued after deducting payment gateway charge (if any).
  • Identity Verification: Bleu Glacio Trip reserves the right to verify the identity or account details of the beneficiary.

Changeable Fares and Rates

  • Regulation Rights: Respective service provider or their agent reserves the right to regulate fares and rates.
  • Liability: Bleu Glacio Trip not liable for any settlement with the service provider or for issuing any refund in case of any difference in paid amount and live rates.
