N.B. : (1) Train No. / Coach No. / Seat No. / Berth No. / Status of the tickets will be as per the final printout of IRCTC’s e-ticketing service, IRCTC issues e-tickets only after making the payment. (2) In case of Cancellation / TDR, the refund amount will be paid only after the realization of money from IRCTC or Booking Management System, subject to deduction of various charges by the authority. (3) After filling out the procedure for a TDR refund, it needs a minimum of 90 days or more to generate a refund, but only after acceptance/approval by the Indian Railway Authority. (4) Our service charges will not be refunded or adjusted for any reason, even if the journey is cancelled or modified by the service provider. (5) Confirmed Tatkal e-ticket cannot be cancelled. (6) Cancellation Charges applicable as per the Indian Railway's policy (7) Details of the requisition form must be checked by the customer, no modification request can be accepted after completion of booking (8) Passengers should carry original Photo Identity proof & age proof (for whom a discount is availed) at the time of travelling, as per Railway rules.
